Domestic Shipping (Bangladesh)
Orders within Dhaka are delivered within 24–48 hours via our local courier partners. Orders outside Dhaka are delivered within 4–5 business days. Free shipping on all orders over $50 (equivalent in BDT). Standard shipping is $3.99 / ৳440 flat rate.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide. An additional ৳30 COD handling fee applies.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries (Phase 2 launch). Rates and timelines are calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns Policy
Unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return. We'll arrange a pickup in Dhaka or provide return shipping instructions.
Opened products (except in cases of manufacturing defect or incorrect delivery) are not eligible for return due to hygiene standards.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll replace or refund the item immediately — no return shipment required.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method (bKash, card, or COD amount returned via bKash).
